Cancellations are accepted if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

Perishable items are not eligible for cancellation.
Refund and Replacement Policy:

Refund or replacement is possible for perishable items only if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to the Customer Service team within 7 days of product receipt. The request will be processed after verification by the merchant.

If the received product does not match the description on the site or meet customer expectations, it should be reported to customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.

For products with a manufacturer's warranty, customers are advised to refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Process:
If a refund is approved by Shoe Palace, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
