  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply select the item you wish to order, select color if applicable, add the correct size to your footwear, and proceed to the checkout.
  • Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
    Unfortunately, due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, once an order has been placed in the system, we are unable to cancel or make any changes.
  • I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
    We're sorry that you weren't able to complete your order. The stock on Pros is live and reflects what's available in real time. Placing an item in your shopping cart doesn't guarantee the purchase of an item. Until you've completed the checkout process another customer may have purchased the item, even if it's in your cart.

    You can purchase Pros footwear from our retail outlets. Our Main Branch is at Kannur: Shoe Palace Ballard Road Kannur-1
  • How can I track my order?
    You should be contacted within 1 business day via email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order.
  • I have ordered an item that is no longer available
    Pros is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
  • I have not received all of the items that I had ordered ?
    We may fulfil your order from multiple locations, in this instance, your purchase will be split into multiple parcels. You will receive separate emails from Pros with separate tracking numbers for each parcel.
  • Can I exchange my shoes if they don’t fit?
    If the size isn’t quite right for a product you’ve ordered & you’d like to exchange it for another, we recommend that you phone or head in to one of our Pros Stores to see if they have the alternative size in stock.
